Lemon Meringue Fudge:

Condensed milk (Whole Milk, Sugar, Stabiliser (Calcium Chloride), Minimum 8% Milk Fat, 20% Non Fat Milk Solids). White Chocolate (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithins), Flavouring). Lemon Essense (Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Oil (4%). Merginue (Sugar, Pasteurised Free Range Egg White).

Rocky Road Fudge:

Condensed milk (Whole Milk, Sugar, Stabiliser (Calcium Chloride), Minimum 8% Milk Fat, 20% Non Fat Milk Solids). Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Milk Chocolate (Min. Cocoa: 25.8% / Min. Milk Solid: 19.4%). Kerrymaid Spread Block. Vanilla Essense (Water, Natural Flavouring, Colour: E150a). Icing Sugar (Anti-Caking Agent: Tricalcium Phosphate). HARIBO Chamallows (Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Dextrose, Water, Humectant: Sorbitol Syrup, Gelatine, Flavouring). Digestives (Wheat Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamin), Palm Oil, Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Sugar, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Salt).
